If I use a staple gun to staple a Ethernet cable (RJ45) along the edge of the wall will it leave a mark?
If I use a staple gun to staple a Ethernet cable (RJ45) along the edge of the wall will it leave a mark after I remove the cable?
A stapled fastener can damage the cable. Get proper cable straps (plastic "C" shapes with a built-in nail) and use them. They will leave a small hole in the wall or base board when removed but it would be easy to fill them in with spackling compound or even toothpaste (if you need to repair for a landlord.)
